From my experience, this organization overhead is much easier to manage if there is a north star metric that everyone agrees on and is excited about. If yes, then all of the things fit together.
- Your product strategy tells the story of why this metric.
- Your outcome roadmap talks about hypotheses you'll make now / next / later to impact it.
- Your OKRs set goals for how much you'll move the metric (typically the "now" bucket) over the next quarter.
